We even celebrated our first “100K day,” sending over 100,000 patient satisfaction surveys and review requests in 24 hours, putting us on track to reach millions of patients each year!

New PeopleOps Initiatives
At rater8, we strive to support our employees so they, in turn, can support our clients. In addition to rebranding from HR to PeopleOps in 2023, our mighty PeopleOps department set several new employee-focused initiatives into motion.
Bee the Change
This year, rater8ers had the opportunity to “bee” the change in their communities. Each employee was given eight hours of volunteer time off (VTO) during National Volunteer Month in April.

This program pairs seasoned rater8ers with “new-bees,” creating a relationship focused on support and camaraderie during the first 30 days. The purpose is simple and effective: ensure each newcomer not only feels welcomed, but is also empowered to thrive in their new role!
3rd Annual IRL
rater8ers came together from all over the country for our biggest and best “in real life” event in the fall. Traveling a combined 36,660 miles to reach Woodloch Resort in Pennsylvania, the hive enjoyed two days of team-building and camaraderie during the third annual IRL.
