It was a record-breaking year with the cultivation of tens of thousands of 5-star reviews for medical practices nationwide. We also welcomed new team members to our busy hive, ensuring the continued support of our clients and their goals.

Measuring Loyalty Through Net Promoter Scores

rater8 now gives practices the option to easily incorporate the NPS question (asking, on a scale of 0 to 10, how likely the patient is to recommend a practice to family and friends) into their existing survey and review request workflows, enhancing the granularity of patient feedback and streamlining promoter/detractor/passive categorization.

Expanding its extensive benchmarking capabilities, which already delivers insights based on 20+ million data points collected from patients nationwide, rater8 introduced Org Unit Benchmarking. With a fully customizable hierarchy, rater8 offers configurability for larger organizations, making it easy for those groups with complex organizational structures to understand the performance of different units.

AI-powered review responses and summaries became a standout, making it easier than ever for practices to engage with patients and act on their feedback, while still adding a touch of personalization.

4th Annual IRL

rater8ers came together from all over the country this fall for our biggest and best “in real life” event yet. The hive enjoyed two days of team building and some fun in the sun during the fourth annual IRL at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater, Florida.

With 2024 marking a year of change and expanding our reach, the marketing team introduced two more social media channels to rater8’s digital presence. Our TikTok and Instagram channels give our remote-based company a chance to educate our followers while infusing some levity as they get to know our hive members.
