I was the first hire for rater8's marketing team, and not only have I been fortunate enough to help the team grow since then, but I've also experienced significant growth myself. There are a lot of things to love about rater8, and collaborating with fellow creatives every single day is my absolute favorite.

The most important thing I've learned at rater8 is how to build a happy and successful team. Having been the first employee in the Professional Services department, I was able to gradually hold almost every role and build out the operations necessary to support them. This gave me an unprecedented understanding of the needs of both our clients and employees.
